Module 1: Getting Started
Part 1: Introduction to Facebook for Business – A broad overview of why your business should be on Facebook, what you can gain from it, and some basics to getting started.
Part 2: Strategy Session – In this section we will talk about how you go about writing your own strategy, and work out what is important and what you are hoping to achieve. I will introduce to a worksheet that you can use to form your own Facebook marketing strategy.
Practical: Facebook Page Creation – We will set up your Facebook for Business page, give an overview of the menus, and work through settings for your page. If you already have a page this is a great opportunity to check your setting and make sure everything is activated as it should be.

Module 2: Content is King
Introduction to content - An overview of what we mean by content, why it is important and how we can use this to market our business on Facebook. Close look at content options available and how we can use these to achieve our goals. Content mapping and how to create your own content plan.
Practical – Step by step guide on creating all content options available at an entry level. Matching content to objectives. Tips and tricks around content creation.

Module 3: Imagery
Imagery & Video masterclass - A close up look at the importance of getting imagery right, with special focus on internet images, Facebook imagery and the special requirements of product images and best practice for e-commerce. How to produce video and three different approaches for people at all levels.
Practical – An introduction to (free) photo editing software and how to create specific photos for Facebook. How to produce video and how to edit this in to a marketing video.

Module 4: Engaging audiences
Engaging Audiences - Here we look closely at audiences, targeting and ways to engage. We look at likes and page followings, and ways this might be useful. We cover organic versus paid reach, and take a good look at audience options to take you beyond likes.
Practical - We work on targeting particular audiences and what will work for you. We will build and boost ads to reach particular audiences.

Module 5 : Call to action
Part 1: Measuring and analytics: A close look at Facebook analytics, in depth discussion on what to look at, and what isn't important. Work on making sense of the metrics maze as too much data is confusing and unhelpful. We look at real data from my own Facebook including exercises done in the course.
Part 2: Call to action: Various ways to achieve a call to action and achieve your objective with very strong focus on selling and e-commerce call to action. We take a close look at Facebook shop and discuss setting up an e-commerce style sales page within Facebook.
Practical: We build a Facebook store and have a close look at adding products and promoting products. Install call to action buttons on posts.

Module 6: Loose ends
Tidying up the loose ends: We look at simple strategy to keep moving forward, and a plan to sort the basics in less than 5 minutes per day. We cover bits and pieces you need to know including reviews, notifications and comments.
Advanced topics:
What is dark content, why you would use it and how to create it.
A brief introduction to retargeting & remarketing what is and the power this can bring to your online marketing. We look at how to create re-engagement audiences.
